Founder POV
After six years scaling three agencies, I kept getting pulled back to the same part of the business: sales. Here's why that became Rehab Revenue.
Entrepreneurship was never a career choice for me - it was the only thing I ever saw myself doing. Over the last six years, I built and scaled three agencies. Through all of them, I kept finding myself drawn back to the same part of the business: sales.
There was something about sitting across from another person, understanding what they were actually trying to accomplish, and figuring out honestly whether what we had could help them. Every sales call reinforced the same realization: great sales isn't about scripts, pressure, or whatever closing tactic is trending that month. It's about people.
That realization eventually turned into a question I couldn't shake: what if I took the sales systems that helped me scale my own agencies, built the right team around them, and replicated that inside other businesses?
I started Rehab Revenue around a simple model: we build, manage, and optimize sales infrastructure for companies, and we put our own compensation behind the results we produce. Our clients shouldn't have to become experts at recruiting closers, managing setters, analyzing calls, designing compensation plans, or chasing whatever sales tactic is trending - they should be able to focus on building a great company.
If I'm asking a business owner to hand over their sales process, I don't think it's fair to charge them regardless of whether it works. A revenue-share model forces alignment: we only make more when the client makes more. It also filters out engagements where we can't actually move the needle, because we wouldn't take them on in the first place.
I don't believe AI is going to replace great salespeople. It will make them significantly better - analyzing conversations, identifying patterns, automating follow-up, surfacing opportunities, and removing operational work. But we're still living in a world where humans buy from humans. Trust, conviction, empathy, and judgment can't be automated out of the equation, so instead of trying to remove people from sales, we're building systems where exceptional people are amplified by exceptional technology.
The goal I'm working toward is ambitious but simple: help our clients collectively reach seven figures in cash collected in a single month, without them carrying the burden of building and managing the entire sales machine themselves.
If you want the longer version of my background, read who I am and what I've built. If you're a business owner evaluating whether this model fits your offer, book a call. And if you're a closer or setter who wants to work this way, our open roles are on the offers page.
